Keys to Hope: Welcoming New Beginnings at Senior Chudo Village 2

No matter how many hundreds of people we’ve welcomed into our big Hansen Ukrainian Mission family, the joy never fades. Each time we hand over the keys to a new home, we are reminded of why we do this work. The pure happiness in the eyes of our new residents is a moment of hope, healing, and triumph.

I’m crying tears of joy knowing I finally have my own house

We are thrilled about the opening of Senior Chudo Village 2 and the start of a new phase of move-ins. These homes represent more than just shelter; they symbolize safety, dignity, and a fresh start. Many more elderly internally displaced persons (IDPs) will finally sleep peacefully, surrounded by a community that cares deeply for their well-being.

This milestone would not have been possible without the incredible support of our team, partners, and all who believe in our mission. Together, we’re turning dreams into reality, one home at a time.

Senior Chudo Village is truly a miracle
